Итак, как же правильно оформить и написать письмо на английском, чтобы набрать наибольшее количество баллов при сдаче ГИА и ЕГЭ?

1. Необходимо знать правила оформления и структуру писем личного характера.

2. Необходимо знать критерии и схемы оценивания письма, прописанные в материалах к ЕГЭ.

3. Необходимо иметь базовый словарный запас. Чтобы написать письмо не нужно знать английский в совершенстве, более того, письмо можно написать даже если у вас ограниченный словарный запас.

1. Правила оформления и структура письма личного характера

1. В правом верхнем углу письма пишется ваш адрес и дата.

номер дома / номер квартиры, название улицы

город, индекс

Например:

145/4 Esenin Street

Cheboksary 428000

Существует сокращенный вариант написания адреса и даты, который также является правильным. В адрес можно включить только название города и страны, а дата может состоять из одних цифр:

2. Вступление-приветствие.

Эта часть обычно состоит из 3,4-х предложений. Сначала вы пишите обращение к человеку, которому вы должны адресовать письмо исходя из задания. Напримеp: Dear Mike,. Обратите внимание, что после обращения ставится запятая и следующее предложение (т. е. фактически первое предложение письма) пишется с красной строки. А что же написать в приветствии? В приветствии вы можете поблагодарить за письмо, написать, что вы очень рады получить от своего друга весточку, объяснить почему вы долго не писали и т.д. Примерно это должно выглядеть так:

Thanks for your letter, it was nice to hear from you. Sorry I didn"t answer for a long time. I was very busy with my schoolwork.

3. Основная часть.

Обычно эта часть состоит из двух абзацев. Первый - содержит ответы на вопросы друга. Во втором абзаце, наступает ваша очередь задавать вопросы собеседнику, об этом сказано в задании. Обычно оговаривается, сколько именно вопросов должно быть задано.

4. Заключительная часть. Прощание.

Здесь вы можете логически завершить свое письмо, пожелать удачи и попрощаться. Обычно говорится, что вам пора идти куда-то. Примерно это выглядит так: Oh, I have to go now. Mum wants me to do some shopping for her.

На следующей строке не забудьте попращаться с вашим воображаемым другом. Заключительная фраза письма должна выглядеть примерно так:

Hope to hear from you soon,

Обратите внимание, что после имени не ставится точка!

Начнем с того, что прежде чем выполнять какое либо задание из ЕГЭ нужно внимательно прочитать задание к нему.

а) читаем само задание (выделено жирным шрифтом), в нем оговорены важные вещи: 1. количество слов, которое мы должны соблюсти, 100-140 слов, как мы видим. 2. что мы должны сделать: прочитать отрывок из письма и написать ответное, в котором мы должны ответить на вопросы, заданные нам и задать 3 своих.

в) учитывая требования к структуре и содержанию письма пишем ответ

Как написать письмо, если мой словарный запас невелик?

Ответ прост - используйте готовый шаблон! Его можно и нужно заучить наизусть. Шаблон обычно содержит в себе уже 60-70 слов, то есть останется только дописать его, исходя из задания и используя всего 40-50 слов. Не такая уж сложная задача, не так ли?

Вот собственно и весь секрет. Обратите внимание, что получившийся у нас шаблон содержит 67 слов, и нам остается дописать всего 40-60.

Разделите текст письма на несколько логических абзацев, каждый из которых начните с красной строки.
1. В первом абзаце вам следует поблагодарить своего друга за его письмо:

Вы можете также извиниться за то, что не писали раньше:

2. Основная часть письма (2–3 абзаца). В ней вы должны раскрыть все аспекты, указанные в задании. Не забудьте задать необходимые вопросы.
Предполагается, что письмо должно быть написано в неформальном стиле, поэтому Вы можете использовать неформальные слова-связки, такие как well , by the way , anyway , so , разговорные выражения типа Guess what? Или Wish me luck! а также восклицательные знаки.

3. В последнем параграфе следует объяснить, почему вы заканчиваете письмо:
Well, I’d better go now as I have to do my homework.
Anyway, I have to go now because my Mum asked me to help her with the washing up.
I’ve got to go now! It’s time for my favourite TV show.
и упомянуть о дальнейших контактах:

В конце письма на отдельной строке указывается завершающая фраза-клише, которая зависит от близости автора и адресата. После неё всегда ставится запятая! Ниже приводятся возможные варианты от наименее формального (1) к более формальному (7):

Для начала, дорогие читатели, давайте определимся с целями нашего урока. Итак, мы должны определить, что такое личное письмо и чем оно отличается от делового письма, изучить его структуру, и самое главное — научиться самостоятельно писать письмо другу на английском языке используя готовые шаблоны.

Люди пользуются письмами в качестве способа обмена информацией по всему миру. Письма могут быть написаны друзьям, родственникам, знакомым или людям с которыми мы мало знакомы, например, бизнес — партнерам. Именно от того к кому обращено ваше письмо и зависит его принадлежность к деловой или же к личной переписке, а уже от его принадлежности зависит форма, структура и стиль написания вашего письма. С правилами написания деловых писем вы могли ознакомиться в нашей предыдущей статье письмо на английском языке , а сейчас мы ознакомимся с особенностями написания писем личного характера на английском языке.

Итак, дружественные или личные письма, как правило, адресуются людям, с которыми вы лично знакомы (друзья, родственники, любимые). Язык написания таких писем может иметь разговорный просторечный характер. К примеру, очень часто употребляются местоимения 1- го и 2- го лица (я, ты). Не исключено использование диалектных слов, жаргонных слов, восклицаний, междометий, просторечий, модальных глаголов, ласкательных форм и т. д. В личных письмах вы можете свободно высказывать свое мнение, т. е. субъективная оценка кокой-либо ситуации не запрещена. Личные письма могут носить яркую эмоциональную окраску. Как видите, дружественная переписка не имеет таких строгих стилистических ограничений как деловая.

Что касается структуры личного письма на английском языке, то по форме она практически не отличается от делового письма, просто некоторыми пунктами на ваше усмотрение можно пренебречь. Со структурой письма вы можете ознакомиться в статье «Учимся правильно писать письма на английском языке». Если же вы должны написать личное письмо другу на английском языке, к примеру, на экзамене, то конечно же формой письма пренебрегать нельзя.

Пошаговая структура письма с фразами-шаблонами

Итак, личное письмо другу на английском языке должно обязательно включать в себя по всем правилам 5 пунктов:

1-ый пункт это «шапка» письма, т. е. адрес отправителя и дата. (Heading: address and date)
Адрес пишется в верхнем правом углу и имеет следующую последовательность: номер дома с названием улицы, через запятую номер квартиры. На следующей строке указывается город с почтовым индексом, на следующей строке — страна. Ни запятых, ни точек не ставить.

На следующей строке или через строку сразу под адресом пишется дата. Возможны несколько вариантов написания:

2-ой пункт это «обращение». (salutation or greeting) Обращение пишется на новой строке слева. После обращения, как правило, ставится запятая.
Очень часто обращение начинается со слова Dear +имя человека, к которомy вы пишете.

3-й пункт это «основной текст письма». (body/ message)
Первый абзац основного текста это вступление или вводное предложение (opening sentence), где вы можете поблагодарить друга за предыдущее письмо, рассказать, почему так долго не писали, или же просто написать, что вы очень рады были узнать от своего друга новости. Примерно это выглядит так:

I’m writing to (thank/ tell/ ask/ congratulate/ apologize/ etc.) — Я пишу тебе, чтобы (поблагодарить, сказать, спросить, поздравить, выразить сожаление и т. д.)
I’m writing to thank you very much for the nice post card… — Я пишу тебе, чтобы поблагодарить за прекрасную открытку…

Во втором абзаце вы можете ответить на вопросы вашего друга. Если вы пишете письмо другу на английском языке в качестве задания на экзамене, то обычно в задание указываются вопросы, на которые вы должны ответить.

В третьем и четвертом абзаце вы рассказываете о событиях в вашей жизни, делитесь новостями и задаете свои вопросы другу.

I think you are studying hard now. Have you already chosen the university where you are going to apply? Will it be difficult to study there? — Думаю, что ты сейчас усиленно учишься. Ты уже выбрал университет, в который будешь поступать? Там будет сложно учиться?

What have you been up to? — Что интересного у тебя произошло?
Are you playing any sports? — ТЫ занимаешься каким-нибудь спортом?
Have you been traveling? — Ты путешествовал?
I am preparing for entrance exams to the university. — Я готовлюсь к вступительным экзаменам в университет.
We are going to travel to Turkey. — Мы собираемся съездить в Турцию.

Пятый абзац это заключительное предложение (closing sentence), где вы подводите свое сообщение к завершению и можете пожелать успехов, попросить о чем-то или выразить надежду на что-то. Также можно написать, что вы куда-то спешите или вам пора куда-то идти.

Anyway, I must go and get on with my work. — В любом случае, я должен идти работать дальше.
Well, got to go now. — Ну, пожалуй все.
I’ve got loads of homework to do tonight. — У меня на сегодня целая куча домашней работы.

4-ый пункт это заключительная вежливая фраза (subscription/ closing). После заключительной фразы обязательно ставится запятая.

5-ый завершающий пункт это ваша подпись (signature). Подпись вы ставите на следующей строке под заключительной фразой без точки.

Итак, как вы заметили, письмо другу на английском языке имеет такую же структуру, как и деловое письмо. Основное различие заключается в стилистике языка. Именно поэтому шаблонные фразы для личного и делового письма совершенно разные.

Хочу дать вам еще пару советов для успешного написания письма другу на английском языке. Для того, чтобы текст получался цельным и хорошо звучал, используйте слова связки и союзы: just now, and, at all, but, that’s why, also, as for me, maybe, though, so, not only, to tell the truth, besides, now, first, also, finally, but, however, so that, such as, for example as, because, when, while, Well, Right… Используйте краткие формы глаголов: I’ve, there’s, I’d…

Если словарный запас по английскому языку у вас не так уж велик, вы все равно с легкостью можете справиться с таким заданием, как написание письма другу на английском. Для этого вам придется визуально запомнить структуру письма и заучить уже готовый шаблон, который нужно будет дополнить парой предложений.
Вы можете сами составить шаблон, используя фразы, которые мы подобрали для каждого пункта.

Hi Sophie,
I’m writing this from the cutest little café in New York! Mum’s been making sure we don’t miss one sight in the whole city, so we’ve been walking practically all day. So far we’ve seen Times Square, Broadway, Central Park and The Plaza. I caught a glimpse of the Statue of Liberty but we’re going to go and see it properly tomorrow!
The streets are super busy here and everyone looks amazing in their winter coats and hats. I had to buy mittens today! I miss being able to feel my fingers!

Greetings from Cork! Now that we have settled in our new house I am having a house- warming party to celebrate.
I am inviting some of the gang from Dublin and some of my new school friends from Cork.
The fun begins at 9 pm on Saturday, 3th March. Why not come down on Friday night and stay for the weekend? I have asked Sandra and Brian to stay over also.
